2) To mute your phone, please press the "6" key after introducing yourself. Press "6" again, to un-mute your phone to talk. This will help keep background noise down, so everybody can hear.

As you know there is now only one client call on Tuesdays (9:00 p.m. EST) - this is for new clients only. If you have a new client that you want to attend the Tuesday night new client call you will need to email Pam at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the access code number. In the email you will need to give your name and vendor's code along with the name of your new client/s. If your existing clients have a question or need help they are to ask you first. If you cannot answer their question they need to email Pam at email@example.com. If you or your clients need to speak with George and Cherie you or they will need to email Pam with a date, time (stated in EST) and phone number. Calls will be scheduled Mon. - Thurs. from 9 to 6, Fri. 9 to 4. Please have them email their request rather than calling on the phone.
To service all of our clients competently all calls must be scheduled thru Pam. Each call will be made at the scheduled appointment time. In the event that the requested time is already taken Pam will email you or your client with alternative available times. Always confirm your appointment through Pam. Please inform your clients of this information.

When you direct dial-in to the Live Calls, please be advised to:
Always call in at least 5 minutes before the hour.
Make sure you are in a quiet place for the call.
During the introduction period, use *6 or the mute button on your phone for mute/un-mute.
Press *1 if you want to ask a question during the Q/A period. This will raise your hand; then await the voice prompt indicating it is your turn to ask a question. Make sure the mute button on your own phone is off at this time.
Press # to lower your hand if your question is answered before you turn.
Press *4 to raise or lower your listening volume.
